Workshops & Presentations

I have been able to give several workshops and presentations during the past six months here in Kosova. While doing so is not required by my Fulbright grant, it is encouraged and provides a great chance to meet and interact with more folks here and share information of particular interest. Plus, it’s a lot of fun!

Early in the semester, I provided a “menu” of possible topics to the Faculty of Arts at the University of Prishtina as well as to the US Embassy and asked if they’d be interested in my developing and presenting anything. The professors in the acting program asked for a combination of presentations and workshops for their students.

Later in the semester, when I agreed to serve as a juror for the Festivali Teatri Ndryshe, I was asked to provide an introduction to American Theatre and offer a “hands on” acting workshop.
